They are the so called local trainers who dont have a sence of nutritional value , bmi and any other human body parameter. When i asked them to give me a diet chart with out consulting a doctor, with out asking my bmi, highth or weight they gave me the diet chart. Apart from that you have to workout of your own they dont gonna train you and they will not be there even to correct you if you are using the wrong form. #Dont_weast_money_here"
